She's back!!

Yep, got some photo's in order and ready to post, so here we go!!

As promised here's Rachel's t-shirt quilt.  We went with a very light quilting design and it works perfectly, I know this quilt is going to be well loved!!

Here's one I delivered last week and had already forgotten about it until the camera was dropping the pictures into Picasa.

Ruth made this great lap quilt for her Mom.  Very modern fabric and this is a pattern from Jaybird Quilts.  It's her Off The Rail pattern.

This quilt was sent to me by Heather.  It's a wedding gift and she did a great job.  Lots of busy prints, but the color combination is a winner!  I got this email from Heather when the quilt arrived home.....

Hi Joanne!

The quilt just arrived!  It looks so awesome!!!  You hid all my flaws.  I absolutely love it.  It looks so professional.  I'm so excited to give it to my friend.  She's going to love it!

Thank you so much again!! I'm so happy with it!!

Best,
Heather

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Cathy's quilts.  The colors are soft and the fabrics she selects makes just beautiful quilts!  Cathy goes for the more modern quilting designs which finish them off wonderfully!  Cathy's second quilt is also a Jaybird Quilt, same pattern as Ruth the Off The Rail pattern.

Here's a couple of quilts from Judi.  Love the modern quilting designs on the first one! The second one I used a very cool blue thread for the quilting.

Okay, that's it for today!!

I've still got plenty of quilts to post from my lazy no blogging days.  Hoping to get all caught up so I'm not doing a massive posting at the end of the year.

I'm starting to get those Christmas quilts!!  Bless those who plan ahead!!  (and I'm not always one of them...lol!!)

Have a super day!
thanks for checking on me,
hugs,
joanne

Happy Monday Morning!!

I hope I can get this post done and it still be the morning!! Challenge accepted!!

Let's start with a few quilts that were delivered last week!

Mike in Indy sent me these two and they were fantastic!  The first one is for a little gal named Zoe, and I love the X's & O's for hugs and kisses on the quilt.

What else could I could I do on this quilt, but a great watermelon design from Anne Bright!  Perfect!!

Here's a couple of beautiful quilts from Rebecca in NC.  Love the colors!  These are the perfect example of how color can add more warmth to your quilts.  Great job and the piecing is perfect!!

I also delivered a great t-shirt quilt to Rachel, but the camera battery is dead!  As soon as it gets life, I will be back!!

I'll also be digging into my archives later today so look for postings to pop up here and there.

That is it, for this Monday MORNING!!!

thanks for checking on me,
hugs,

Let's show a few quilts.....

Tita sent me this one...I've done a few of these and they always turn out wonderful.  Great pattern!

Sharon's quilt.....Love the modern quilting on this one!  The colors are wonderful, blues!

Sandra/Rachel/Mystery Quilter...Rachel dropped the quilt off, telling me that it was from a friend of Sandra's.  Since Rachel picked it up, I'm tagging her name in here.  Beautiful quilt!!

Sandra.....sometimes the fabric is just too pretty to cut.  I LOVE this one!!  It looks great on my bed too!!

Rachel......keeps me busy!!  Here's a few more that I've done for her.

Renie...her quilts are always perfect!  Here's a great fall quilt that I did for her a while ago.  LOVE those colors!!

Nancy.....made this quilt for her nephew who was on his way to college.  Don't you just love the music notes she had me quilt?

Marcy & Sloan's quilt.  Just to show how slow I really am at getting some of the quilt pictures posted...Marcy gave this quilt to her best buddy Sloan as a graduation present last May.  The first photo is Sloan when she opened the box, I think she liked it.  Sloan is a sweetheart!!

Great, got a few out of the "quilt to be blogged 2013" file.  Now to head over to Picasa to see what's lurking there needing to go into the "quilts to be blogged 2013" file.  In and out, in and out!!

Well, if you're still here, thanks for checking on me, I'm just as busy as ever
and hope all in your world is going manageable.

hugs,
