Working on catching up, here's the month of December, enjoy!
Quilts are always wonderful gifts and Tammy made this Christmas Tree quilt as a wedding gift for a niece. This quilt pattern would be perfect for a bunch of green fat quarters that you may have in your stash. Finishing off the quilt with a swirly snowflake design was the way to go!
Dorothy has stepped out of her box with the following quilt fabrics. Typically using deep jewel tones her latest are beautiful pinks and greens. Cute and small these adorable little quilts will be gifted to a children's hospital in her area.
The next quilts come from Crystal and are memory quilts. What a perfect quilt design to use if you have a limited amount of fabric to work with. Pair the fabric with two great coordinating fabrics and end up with the most amazing quilt tops ever. Crystal selected a modern curly quilting design with just a few leaves to finish this off wonderfully.
Here's what appears to be a super simple quilt top from Sue. Using five-inch squares with a solid fabric makes this one work up pretty fast. Or grab a couple of pre-cut charm packs for an even faster finish. A very simple but beautiful quilting design finished this perfectly.
How beautiful is this quilt from Norma? Soft subtle prints matched with white and a cute polka dot print for the sashing. LOVE the newspaper print backing, great match for this wonderful quilt.
Is there any better reason to make a quilt other than the love of a little one? Here's Paul's latest made for one of his beautiful little granddaughters who is totally into Frozen and Unicorns. Great job Paul, you are the perfect granddad!
An adorable little baby quilt from Pat over in Vermont that features cute little stars and hearts is perfect for greeting a newborn. We finished off the quilt with a whimsical star design that accents the quilt beautifully.
